Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg

I had a great stay at Novotel. The hotel wasvery comfy and tidy, and the location was convenient, with only a short bus ride to the city centre. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted us with finding nice walks for our dog nearby. The breakfast, although a bit expensive, was delicious and the restaurant had a kids menu. The tram was also easily accessible for getting around. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were amazed when they found and returned our lost stuffed animal, Misty, along with sweet treats and a letter from Misty himself! The staff showed care and attention to detail.

The noise started earlier than stated and continued throughout the day, making it difficult to get a peaceful sleep. We had hoped for a gesture or apology for the inconvenience caused.

Family and pet-friendly with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient amenities such as air conditioning and parking available.

The staff at this venue is very friendly and helpful, providing welcome drinks upon arrival and offering tours and tickets assistance.
